By accessing, downloading, installing, or using AISTUDEO ("the Software," "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Description of Service
AISTUDEO is a desktop application for automating AI video generation. The Software provides tools to interact with third-party AI platforms, including Grok (via grok.com) and Google VideoFX, to automate the creation of AI-generated videos through user-provided prompts.
AISTUDEO is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by xAI, Google, or any other third-party service. Users are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party platforms they access through AISTUDEO.
3. Account Terms
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- Each account is limited to 1 active device at a time, enforced via hardware identifier (HWID) locking.
- A maximum of 3 free accounts may be created per hardware device.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must not share, sell, or transfer your account to any other person or entity.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscription & Billing
AISTUDEO offers paid subscription plans that unlock additional features and remove usage limits. Key billing terms:
- All subscription plans are billed monthly and auto-renew until cancelled.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible within the application.
- Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- Prices are listed in USD and may change with notice.
5. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any subscription payments.
AISTUDEO is a digital product. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product and expressly waive your right to withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m).
We strongly encourage users to take advantage of the free tier (20 videos per mode) to evaluate the Software before purchasing a subscription.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use AISTUDEO only for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Generating illegal, harmful, abusive, or explicit content.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Software.
- Sharing, redistributing, or reselling access to the Software.
- Attempting to bypass HWID locking, license validation, or usage limits.
- Using the Software to violate the terms of service of any third-party platform.
- Automated scraping, data mining, or any use beyond the intended functionality.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms of Service.
- Fraudulent or abusive activity.
- Requests from law enforcement or governmental agencies.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. No refund will be issued for any remaining subscription time.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AISTUDEO and its creators, developers, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
