- Hardware Identifier (HWID) — a unique identifier for your device, used to enforce per-device licensing and prevent abuse.
- Subscription and payment data — processed securely through Stripe. This includes your subscription status, plan type, and billing history.
2. Data We Do NOT Collect
Your creative work stays on your device. We do not collect, store, transmit, or have access to:
- Your prompts or text inputs.
- Your generated videos or images.
- Your browsing activity within third-party platforms (Grok, Google VideoFX).
- Any content created using the Software.
All prompt processing and content generation happens locally on your machine. AISTUDEO does not send your creative data to our servers.
3. Payment Processing
All payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor — the highest level of payment security certification.
- We never see, store, or have access to your credit card number, CVV, or full billing details.
- Stripe provides us only with your subscription status, plan type, and a customer identifier.

4. Data Storage & Security
Your account data is stored in a MySQL database hosted on a secure server with the following protections:
- Encrypted sessions for all API communication.
- Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms (bcrypt).
- Server access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
- Regular security audits and updates.
